1. Term of services

The utilization of the VPN services offered by us (referred to as the "Service") and interaction with the associated website domains (referred to as the "Site") are regulated by the subsequent terms and conditions (referred to as the "Terms"). These Terms establish a legally binding contract (referred to as the "Agreement") between you and Speed VPN (referred to as "Speed VPN").

Breaches of this Usage Policy may lead to the termination of your account, without refunding any previously paid amounts for the Service. Furthermore, you could be held accountable for any damages incurred by Speed VPN, including any charges imposed by external entities due to such violation(s). These charges might encompass attorney's fees and associated costs.

Speed VPN provides you with the opportunity to download software, software updates or patches, utilities, and tools onto your computer or Internet-enabled device (collectively referred to as "Software"). By making the Software accessible to you, Speed VPN grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to utilize the Software solely for the purpose specified by Speed VPN at the time of its availability to you, and in accordance with these Terms. Any actions such as modifying, distributing to unauthorized parties, reverse engineering, or any other use of the Software not explicitly authorized by Speed VPN, are strictly prohibited.

we recognize that privacy is significant. This Privacy Policy applies to all apps (Android) under the publisher name of “Logic Utility & Tools App”. We has created this Policy to explain our privacy practices so you can understand what information about you is collected, used and disclosed. We collect information from you in order to provide corresponding service and better user experience.

We use advertisements in our applications. There could be errors in the programming and sometime programming errors may cause unwanted side effects.
